HIROYUKI TAKANAMI
Hiroyuki Takanami, currently in his 13th year since joining Takagi Building in 2009, serves as the General Manager of Headquarters. His work is not limited to management but encompasses an incredibly wide range of duties. His role includes human resources, planning and budget review for renovations across both office buildings and apartments, negotiating and overseeing construction work, and administrative compliance involving fire safety, waste disposal, health centers, and legal documentation. On the operational side, he handles tenant relations ranging from coordinating move-in and move-out construction to unclogging toilets, and performs light repairs such as replacing door closers and lighting ballasts, landscaping, painting, and cleaning. He even covers shifts for building managers, among other tasks.
