Launching "BIRTH STAY," a lodging business aiming to create new value in real estate
― A hub connecting communities, neighborhoods, and people. Full-scale launch in Azabujuban, Tokyo, starting February 2026 ―
Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekuni Takagi; *Note: "Takagi" is officially written with the "ladder" kanji), which develops office buildings, residences, coworking spaces, and other properties throughout Tokyo and engages in planning and operations that create new real estate value through "place and community development," is launching "BIRTH STAY" as a new business venture.As its first initiative, the company will pre-open one unit within its "BIRTH IN-RESIDENCE Azabujuban" complex—a mixed-use residence themed around "living offices × working homes"—as a lodging facility. Trial operations will commence in December 2025, with the full launch scheduled for Sunday, February 1, 2026.
BIRTH STAY is a new initiative that aims to be more than just lodging or a private home stay; it aspires to become a "hub connecting the region, the town, and its people." Guests receive the benefit of using the company's coworking space, "BIRTH LAB / WORK," providing an experience where their stay and work environment seamlessly connect.
