Chapter 1: Prestigious Establishments Weaving Together City and Region, Japan and Overseas, Everyday and Extraordinary
The first opening for the grand launch will be “Nomikōji Yamagishi,” the sister restaurant of Kyoto’s highly sought-after Japanese restaurant “Tominokōji Yamagishi,” making its Tokyo debut on Tuesday, November 7. Following this, “Bistro plein,” beloved by many as a hidden gem neo-French restaurant, will carry on its legacy and reopen as “PLEIN Ginza Main Store” on Saturday, December 2.

Takagi Building envisions real estate not merely as “hard boxes,” but as spaces where people gather, live, and communicate. In the historic Ginza district, it proposes spaces and scenes where people can be themselves, experiencing the warmth of wood—a sensation often elusive in urban buildings. Starting from this location, we aim to become a hub for revitalizing Tokyo’s Ginza district. Through the communication that arises as people pass through, gather, and connect here, we hope to elevate daily life to something more refined and enriching.
