Creating New Value for Real Estate Companies Accompanying the Next Generation: “BIRTH ACADEMIA” × Public-Private Partnership Research Institute Co., Ltd. Joint Project

　BIRTH ACADEMIA, operated by Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekuni Takagi; https://t-bldg.jp/), which aims to create new value in real estate, will launch the “Public-Private Partnership Creation Academy” in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Business Research Institute. We believe both “Visionpreneurs” (Vision × Entrepreneur) who build management around vision as the core of business strategy and organizational HR strategy, and “Public-Private Partnership Accelerators” who create new businesses to solve social issues, are crucial entities for the uncertain times ahead. We will operate this as a “hands-on policy planning training ground” to discover and nurture such individuals nationwide.
　To mark the launch, our first event will feature Mayor Koji Morita of Miyake Town, Nara Prefecture, as a guest speaker. A workshop and lecture will be held on Saturday, November 20th at BIRTH LAB (Azabujuban, Minato-ku, Tokyo).
