The text version of “Gensen Radio” Episode 5, re-edited as 〈Gensen Radio note no Yu〉, has released a new episode.

This sense of “becoming more interesting” is precisely the future we aim for. Real estate should not merely be a “box.” It should be a “platform” where the thoughts and activities of the people who gather there intersect, creating new value. We believe this project powerfully demonstrated that potential.
Now, more than half a year after receiving the Good Design Award, new encounters and collaborations continue to emerge daily at this “Ginza Takagi Building / SALON 91°.” The building isn’t complete just because it was built. Like a living thing, it keeps changing.
The Good Design Award recognition is a great source of pride for us, but we also see it as a starting point for further challenges. The future of cities can never be envisioned by a single company alone. It should become richer and more stimulating as diverse talents and passions meet and resonate with each other.
