I run a real estate business in the city center, while Mr. Tsuda lives in Fujimi Town, deeply rooted in his community. Our fields are completely different. Yet, the landscapes we see and the futures we aim for were surprisingly similar.
Real estate is the “vessel” for people’s lives and activities. How that vessel “coexists” with the local ecosystem and community. For real estate companies going forward, this alternative perspective will become indispensable. My conversation with Mr. Tsuda transformed the vague feeling I’d held into conviction.
