Background of the Renewal

TAKAGI GROUP is building an ecosystem where people and businesses thrive, and regions connect, starting from the creation of spaces through real estate. For over 60 years since its founding, the company has engaged in urban development based on its real estate business. Building upon this foundation, it has expanded its activities into community management, regional symbiosis, global collaboration, and investment, driving value creation beyond the boundaries of a real estate company.

Approximately five years have passed since the last corporate website renewal. As our business domains and corporate phase have significantly evolved, it became necessary to rebuild our brand communication foundation to comprehensively convey the TAKAGI GROUP's value creation model and philosophy.

This renewal integrates our three core business pillars—"LIVE (Real Estate)", "BIRTH (Co-creation & Community)", and "INVEST (Investment)"—visualizing an ecosystem-based corporate model where people and businesses grow starting from real estate, and regional value circulates. Aligned with our evolving corporate phase, we have rebuilt it as an information platform that holistically communicates the group's vision, business structure, and philosophy.

Furthermore, our corporate philosophy (reason for existence), "THE WAY / Running alongside," embodies our commitment to continually walk alongside someone or something, and our intent to demonstrate an ever-evolving form of running alongside. This website renewal is also an attempt to visualize that philosophy as both our business structure and our story.
