Ginza’s “Non-Staying Hotel”

Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekuni Takagi), which develops office buildings, residences, coworking spaces, and more throughout Tokyo aiming to create new value in real estate, and PLEIN (Plan), headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and led by President and CEO Taichi Nakao, have opened “SALON 91°” on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. This complex facility, featuring a sauna and dining establishments, is located within the Ginza Takagi Building (Address: 3-6 Ginza 7-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), which was completed last May. Additionally, membership plans will commence from the grand opening for the public sauna “91° SAUNA,” featuring an outdoor terrace offering panoramic views of Ginza, and the luxurious private sauna “91° SAUNA Private,” where every room is equipped with a cold plunge bath.
