Takagi Building Co., Ltd. This consortium has been selected for the FY2024 “Okinawa-Style Industrial Core Personnel Development Project” with its proposal for the “Self-Sustaining Startup Support Program for Community Managers.” Community Manager Organization, hereinafter “JCCO”) has proposed and been selected for the FY2024 “Okinawa-Style Industrial Core Human Resources Development Project” with its “Self-Sustaining Startup Supporters Development Program for Community Managers.”

JCCO has been selected for the FY2024 “Okinawa-Style Core Industrial Talent Development Project” solicited by the Cabinet Office.

This project aims to enhance the overall productivity of Okinawa’s industries. It focuses on promoting the advancement and diversification of leading industries such as tourism, while also strengthening the foundation of the economy through industries like manufacturing. Industry associations and other entities will develop training curricula and conduct training sessions for personnel from companies within the prefecture. Through this project, we aim to achieve a fundamental improvement in the capabilities of personnel from prefectural companies and foster continuous human resource development.

JCCO was established in June 2023 as a general incorporated association aiming to unlock community value and translate it into revenue for coworking spaces. We offer skill-enhancement courses for community managers and provide revenue-related information to space owners.
