Establishment of JCCO to Create Added Value Through Community Maturity
Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director / TAKAGI Group Representative: Hidekuni Takagi), Enspace Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kokubuncho, Aoba-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; Representative Director / ENRISE Group CEO: Katsuhiro Ago), and funky jump Inc. (Headquarters: Aoba-ku, Sendai City; President: Yuta Aoki) jointly established the Japan Co-working space & Community manager Organization (JCCO) on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.

[Creating Added Value Through Community Maturity] Announcement: Grand Opening Event for “Japan Co-working Space & Community Manager Organization” to be Held in Sendai on April 20
JCCO aims to define community-building goals, roadmaps, and methodologies to: ① Provide community managers with skill sets and connections, and ② Offer property owners know-how for enhancing asset value through community utilization. Since May 2023, we have held monthly online study sessions based on specific themes. The next session, Chapter 4: “Career Development for Community Managers,” will be a pre-lecture held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Furthermore, we have decided to hold our Grand Opening Event on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Details will be announced at a later date.
