〈 About the Wood Design Award 〉
“Wood Design” is defined as activities aiming to solve social issues through the use of wood. As initiatives for SDGs and carbon neutrality become essential, the utilization of forests and wood is gaining prominence, designing new-era value by leveraging wood. The Wood Design Awards is a recognition system that seeks, evaluates, and honors outstanding architecture, spaces, products, activities, systems, research, etc., aiming to reconstruct the merits and value of wood through the power of design.
