Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekuni Takagi), which develops office buildings, residences, coworking spaces, and other properties in Tokyo aiming to create new value in real estate, has concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Kazuno City, Akita Prefecture. The signing ceremony was held on Monday, October 16, 2023, at Kazuno City Hall (Address: 4-1 Hanawa-Arada, Kazuno City, Akita Prefecture). This marks the company’s fourth partnership agreement with a local government. Takagi Building will provide expertise and know-how gained from operating coworking spaces and building communities in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The partnership aims to promote industrial development and revitalize the region through personnel exchanges.
