The Birth of a “Non-Staying Hotel” Featuring a Sauna Facility Overlooking Ginza and Dining Establishments for Every Occasion

Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekuni Takagi), which develops office buildings, residences, coworking offices, and more throughout Tokyo aiming to create new value in real estate, completed the “Ginza Takagi Building” (Location: 7-3-6 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) on Monday, May 1, 2023. Starting in late September 2023, the building will sequentially open “SALON 91°,” a mixed-use facility featuring restaurants for enjoying all aspects of daily life, along with the sauna facility “91° SAUNA,” offering panoramic views of Ginza’s streetscape.

The Ginza Takagi Building is a mixed-use commercial building comprising offices and commercial facilities. It is located on the site of the former Ariga Photo Studio Building in Ginza 7-chome, with one basement floor and twelve above-ground floors, totaling a gross floor area of 1,341.83 m². Starting in late September 2023, “SALON 91°” will open in phases. This includes Tokyo’s first store by Takahiro Yamagishi, who perfected Japanese aesthetics in Kyoto; “91° DELI&CAFE by plein,” which also offers catering; and the sauna facility “91° SAUNA,” offering panoramic views of Ginza’s streetscape.
