Takagi Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidekuni Takagi), which aims to create new value in real estate, has entered into a comprehensive partnership agreement with Miyake Town, Shiki District, Nara Prefecture. The signing ceremony was held on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at BIRTH LAB in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The agreement aims to contribute to regional revitalization through the exchange of people and business. Takagi Building will share its expertise in community building centered around coworking spaces in the Tokyo metropolitan area. This will support town development centered on “MiiMo” (Location: 689 Bando, Miyake-cho, Shiki-gun, Nara Prefecture), a facility operated by Miyake Town since 2021 where children, working adults, seniors, and other generations interact.
